Actually I smoke I thought to stop smoking. Properly stop. Whenever I don't smoke the cough will come.

Hi lybrate-user! Actually smoking is injurious to health because it causes damage or even cancer to throat and lungs, as everyone are well aware, but still many do not stop smoking. What will happen if you stand near some fire near by and if you find smoke coming out how do you experience, your eyes gets watery, you end up coughing and some time when you go near by the fire or smoke you can feel the heat and your skin gets black, but when you wash it goes away, but if it is continuous your skin may shrink and get damaged. The same way what will happen to your throat if you smoke continuously the skin gets damaged and also your lung air sacs is filled with smoky air instead of fresh air, so it is time that it is serious for you to stop smoking completely, why do you want to spoil your health by your smoking habits. Even if you stop it will take some time to heal, but you need to stop to help your lungs to heal, you need to take lots of fresh fruits and vegetables and is a must that you take in some fresh air by going for a walk near by greenery that is trees and plants to inhale fresh air in the morning so that your lungs gets healed sooner and throat by consuming lots of fresh fruits and vegetables.
