Gout is mainly due to uric acid crystal deposits in joints and alteration of purine metabolism. This means kidney is not filtering your uric acid present in urine. Try to consume less proteins and obviously less curd. There is no max and min but calculate and try to consume it less to help yourself reduce the pain from gout.
