I am facing problem in penis foreskin it goes down easily till than penis head but near its neck (frenulum) it got so much tight in erecting condition just like a tight rubber it cause redness on penis head n swell up in skin sometimes cause light bleeding also. Can you suggest a treatment for this. It will be better if it will be without any surgery like circumcision. I need a medicines treatment.
