Hey doc, I am 14 year old female and my height is 5 feet and 4 inches, and I swim for around one and a half hours and also skip 500 times everyday to gain height, I have a normal diet. What do you think what will be my height in a couple of years as I am aiming for a decent height of 5 feet and 8 inches. Is this routine going to work or should I add something extra to it based on your suggestion.

Hello, you are doing best as far as exercise is concerned. In diet take calcium rich diet milk 200 ml daily, ragi, lot of fruits, dry fruits, boiled egg 3-4 times a week. Take homoeopathic medicine tuberculinum bov 1m 3 pills 3 times for only one day then wait for 1 month then give feedback. Thanks.
