Dear user. I can understand. Stress is part of life and stress makes you to perform better. But such stress never be continuous. In that case, calmness is more essential for your body to maintain the metabolism. Therefore, you should learn to be calm and relaxed whenever possible. But in modern day, due to the different types of stress, being calm and relaxed, in itself is a Himalayan task. Meditation, breathing, physical exercises, outdoor games etc helps. Take care.
