I frequently have cold but I don't sneeze or have running nose instead it feels as if cold freezes in my head and I can't even lower my head, it aches very much. I don't drink cold water even in summer due to this. Whenever I eat or drink something citrus it triggers. What is it and what is the cure. I consulted an ayurvedic doctor who told it is cold and dust allergy. Please suggest what it could be.
