I am 21 years old and always have urge of sex in my mind, looks like I am obsessed with it. I have ruined my whole educational life because of it and still I can't overcome from it. I need advice about what should I do in order to achieve complete withdrawal from this. I watch porn extensively too. There is always remorse in my mind for this but things are not in my control. I deteriorated my whole social life too. Please help.

You have to control yourself, you should involve yourself in studies, games and hobbies. Also try not to remain alone most of time and avoid porn.
