I am suffering from white hair. These are increasing by day to day. Sir/madam is there any way to stop white hair and get back natural black hair.

Do not take stress and take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours .Do meditation or long breathing pranayams for 10 minutes daily to destress yourself.? You can apply amla powder, Make the paste of amla powder with water and apply it for 15 minutes once in week in afternoon and rinse it.? Avoid use of excess hair products such as hair colours and try to use mild shampoo.? Add protein containing items in your foods such as take a bowl of cereal daily ,and a glass of milk also .You can eat cheese or soya protein.? Eat healthy fruits and green leafy vegetables daily.

Whitening of hairs occurs only due to some reasons like-1) stress- so avoid it 2) take proper sleep of 7 hours 3) always use shampoo which prefers for your hairs as you can use sunny arnica shampoo which gives you positive result 4) take protei n full diet like soyabean, dal,milk 5) never use chemicals on your hairs 6) take medicine lycopodium 200 and phosphorus 200 two times in day.
