My daughter (15) have a lot of lice in hair from long time, we have tried many things but nothing works, pl help.

Cleanliness is most important. Wash hair with permethrin lotion once weekly. Wash hair on alternate days with some mild shampoo. Fine comb the hair daily. Eat healthy diet. Avoid fried & spicy food.
