I had my periods on 21 nov last time. After that on 2 dec I had (protected) intercourse with my partner, also i've taken unwanted 72 pill immediately after having sex, according to that I have to bleed on 21 december. But I missed. So I took 2 pregnancy test on 26 27 december, both came negative. So I decide to wait. Now on 5 january I have taken a pregnancy test again also indicates negative as well. Today is 16 jan and my periods hasn't come yet. What do I do? Should I have to worry or not? Why my december periods are missed? When it will come? Should I have to take medroxyprogesterone to get my periods now? Otherwise my next periods date has to be 20 january.

'according to that I have to bleed on 21 december.- wrong after taking the high hormonal emergency pill one gets withdrawal bleeding 5 to 10 days later, and then a new cycle starts.- new counting. Presence of withdrawal bleeding means no pregnancy by sex prior to it. If this does not happen as well as the period is missed then a pregnancy test is advised which you have done and is negative. Such patients need to consult physically gynecologist for check up- other reports & hormonal treatment.
