First of all, start doing meditation daily for 30-40 min and increase it up to 1 hour. Sit in a calm relaxed and noise free place and at a time when no one will disturb u. Next thing is pranayam. Daily be done for 20 min or more. It will give more oxygen to your body cells and brain and improve the functioning of brain and body. Helps you feel better and think better. Take your medications regularly with faith and eat well and healthy food. Make yoga a part of life under guidance of a good yoga instructor. Pray with devotion and faith to your deity. Do these things daily religiously without fail and you will see lots of positive changes in your self.
