I have been having semen leakage for the past 4 to 5 days now I think, after excessive masturbation. I thought at first an infection was causing it, so I took some treatment (infection treatment) but still, the semen leakage refuses to stop. In addition, no pain, no discomfort during urinating. What's causing the semen leakage?

Hello- "leaky penis,? also known as seminal leakage, occurs when excessive amounts of pre-cum exudes involuntary before an ejaculation.
