Whenever sex related thoughts come in my mind, I find after it that some viscous type transparent liquid coming out of my penis. What is it? Will it cause any health related problem? Please suggest.

Its seminal fluid leaking out and it's called as pre mature ejaculation and there is no health related problems associated with it but needs to be treated as early as possible.
