My fasting Blood sugar is 115 and post meal after 2 hours 170, what is the danger if any.

Are you on medication. If yes then your blood sugar are within normal limit. If no then your blood sugar is are above normal limit. Follow a diet low in carbohydrate, low in fat and high in fibre. Avoid bakery products. Avoid too much rice and potato. Avoid fried stuff. Avoid chocolate, cakes, ice cream, soft drinks and fruit juices. Eat lots of vegetables. Walk for at least 30 minutes a day for 5 days in a week.
