I am 19 Years old. I am getting white color solid material on my penis head whenever I take upper skin of penis I usually see few white material on it. Is this a issue? Or its natural?

Dear lybrate user, you are experiencing accumulation of stigma on your glans penis. This type of problem is quite common in people who haven't undergone circumcision. During bathing retract the foreskin & wash the covered part with a soap daily. Clean your penis with water after you urinate everytime.

Does it go by washing with warm soap water on pulling the foreskin backwards. If it goes probably personal hygiene will help. If not or on recurrence see a General Physician or a Skin specialists for advice
