At 42 years the hormone levels are slowly coming down and lady may have menopause any time after 40 years -- during that period --she will have so many physical amd mental health problems - physically the low hormone levels will lead to shrinking of female sexual organs and interst in sexual activity usually comes down - so orgasm also will be less than during the age 20-30 years -- ok.
