I am a college student and I am smoking addicted I just want your suggestions how to get rid of it and if you can recommend some home remedies too.

Hi its gud to know that you want to quit smoking. Plan out your daily schedule getting up early exercises drinking lot of water avoiding tea/coffee or any other things including eatables which take you back to smoking. Associations like stress nothing to do wanting to plan someting etc take it each day as it comes do not think abt it much just tell urself just for today. Also share withsomeone close to you abt your craving etc. Avoid substitutes early stages you can use some elaichi clove.
