25 year ,male, swollen foreskin can't be pulled back with small pimples sores all over foreskin. Swelling is not reducing and makes me unable to dry off or wash my penis properly. There is white discharge like pus visible within 30 mins of washing. Financial issues with me, unable to get a proper consultation. Your help is appreciated.
