I am having pain on my right knee. The pain is persistent in nature and it came into effect while I am playing badminton. I usually play a lot but have not experienced such pain earlier.

Hi lybrate-user, if pain is during playing only then take rest for 3 weeks start puree ghee 1 tsf slightly lukewarm it add 1/ 2 tsf haldi powder in it and consume it slowly have drumsticks soup three times week to reapair your ligament have edible gum water alternate day for 4 weeks start tb.
