When I sleep, my left nostril gets clogged if I sleep on my left side and the right nostril if I sleep on my right side. Is this the start of the sinusitis? what should I do?

It is a normal phenomenon. It is called nasal cycling. At any given time, we are mostly breathing through one nostril only. You can test yourself at any time. You will find that most of your breathing is through one nostril only. Usually, people do not notice any change except when they are having cold, running nose etc. If the patient has noticed it even when there is no cold, then it probably is first time observation by patient or patient has hypertrophied turbinates. But, it is unlikely to be hypertrophied turbinates since you are saying it has started both sides at the same time. You have merely made an observation of something that has always been happening.
