I have circumcised penis and I have problem of smegma build up ,but even if I clean up the smegma ,it starts reappearing in just 8 to 10 hrs ,how should I get rid of it, and how to clean it completely because sometimes only water can't clean it, and also when I clean it very much and dry the head and foreskin with towel ,my penis get completely dry and its hard to pull back the skin because of dryness ,so I think because of that dryness the body releases lubricant and that lubricant converts into smegma, if its like this then how to kepp the penis lubricated after cleaning it completely. Please help I am so exhausted as it creates an urge to have sex or masturbate and thats not possible and even not good and right and not the solution too. Thank you hoping for resolution.
