I am a 27 year old male. I am having a normal weight of 77 kgs and height of approx 5 ft 8 in. I exercise regularly, have a well built physique and maintain a well balanced an nutritious diet. But, I want to grow my height using some homeopathy medicine, ayurvedic, allopathic. Etc. I regularly do stretching exercises, but still no help. I have heard and studied that baryta carb, silicea, calcium carbonate taken in a certain dosage helps to increase height with time followed by good nutrition and exercises. Is it true? pls help me with this issue. Thanks
