I have done 2 liver tests in the interval of 2 months.in the first lft my direct bilirubin was 0.35,allowed value was 0.2 and after 2 months direct bilirubin changed to 0.4 where allowed value was 0.6.all other value of sgpt that were mildly elevated comes back to normal, but there is sometimes problem of pale stool and I have 3 bowel movements per day and appetite is good. I am 21 years old having weight 48 kg. Can I have fatty liver or something else.

Please check usg abdomen especially liver and cbd blood serum alkaline phosphatase to rule out any obstruction as pale stool means bile is not mixing properly. You can consult gastrologist also.
