Hi, , great that u raised good query! really its problem for Doctor too. As its not disease its syndrome so it has multiple angles, ask your Doctor to enroll for any Traditional dance(Very good exercise), or swimming Diet, Detox ayurvedic way. It'll take an year to access results. It demands consistency. Don't bother sure she'll be fine to take on her life with full enthusiasm.
