My son is 3.2 years old, he has lisping in his words, is it terminate itself as he grows or something has to be done from our side I e to look after the doctor in the same, please advice.

Lisping could be due to physiological and psychological reasons. Among the physiological factors are the functioning of the tongue, the vibration of the vocal cords, the cleft of the pallet etc. You need to first identify wether it is a developmental issue by consuling a speech language therapist (slp. Once that is ruled out then you need to address the psychological issues.
