I have a tight frenulum. How can I loosen it up without surgery. Are there any ointments and creams that can help. Can I break it forcefully. It will be painful but worth it. Is there any need of frenulum to be in place. Without it ,are there any issues.

Hello- Surgery is not an option as it has side effects. Topical steroids creams will be beneficial during use, it will come to stage zero as soon as you stop using it. Fortunately ayurveda has a permanent medicinal cure for that.
