Hi, This morning my menstrual cycle begin and unknowingly of that, I took a morning-after pill. The bleeding was normal around 11 am. It's currently 5: 40 pm and I have barely bleed and there is none when I wipe. Will the pill affect my period even though it started around the same time I swallowed the pill? Is it possible for it to stop it completely? Thank you.

No, it won't stop it completely forever. However, as it's a hormonal pill it has the capacity to disrupt the menses for a while and even fro a couple of cycles in some cases. But there is no need to worry as the body will eventually resume normality. Using other than hormonal methods of contraceptives such as condoms is a more easy and safer option and it has an added benefit of protecting against STI's. Take care.
