Hi. I need to delay my periods and i've been advised the tablets regestrone 5 mg. Can you please tell me the exact dosage and if I should take the tablets before/after the meal? I am 18 years old and on the dosage of valentina since past 1 month, and I continue to take it. Please help me! thanks.
