U should not take it for long because it has got soo many side effects if u take it for long,, if u have any sexual problem then go for permanent solution,, by proper homeopathic treatment it is very much curable

Ideally you should take it 1 to 3 hrs before sex only. Also you can use any delay gel or delay spray or delay condoms also you can search on google for masters and johnson's stop start and squeeze techinique and follow the same.
