I'm highly addicted to mobile phone making me mentally disturbed due to the social media. Inspite of all this disturbance I still continue to use it through out the day. As I get up in morning my mind automatically starts focusing on it. Please I want to get rid of this habit. Please let me know some techniques to get rid of my habit. Inspite of knowing its consequences to the extent of getting disturbed it has become like a cycle through out the day still I continue with it. Once I get rid of this i'm sure my life will change and will become very productive. Please help me what can be done about this. Thank you.
