When I touch my stomach I can hear bones cracking. By my left side ribs. I have a pain in my stomach just below my left breast on the left sidebeen having this pain/discomfort 4 years now .if I am to squeeze the spot of discomfort in my abdomen and breathe in and out I hear very loud gurgling noises.
