Hi Doctor, I am married, ttc for the last 6 months but no positive result so took semen analysis. Below results are. Concentration - 214 millions/mg progressive motility - 20% non-progressive - 70% non-motile - 10% morphology - normal due to low motility doctor suggested zoamates for 90 days. Zoamates does really help to increase sperm motility? Pls, answer me in detail.

Hello- zoamates supplement may increase sperm count but it doesn't have potential to improve motility. No point wasting your time in zoamates. Its best to start herbal supplementation along with daily exercise and dietary modification if want to improve your motility.
