I have multiple lipomas on my hands and abdomen and 2-3 of them pains when I touch them. What is the best treatment for them and should I avoid these lipomas or should I get them treated? And what about the pain full lipomas. Are these harmful? As I had my fnac done when it started paining and it showed that it's a lipoma!
