I am a mother of two, first is 7 and second is about 5 months old. I am taking thyroxine 50 for a couple of years. Today I had a blood test in which my platelet count is 1.28 and lymphocytes are 42, rest of the report is normal, is there any complications, what should I do to increase my platelet, Kindly suggest.

You should recheck your platelet after 1 day or 2 day for 2 times. Single reports showing lower level of platelets is not conclusive. So go for more 2 reports if platelets are decreasing or low in all reports than consult me at Lybrate for homoeopathic treatment and further guidance. I can help you in this matter with homoeopathic medicine without side effects.
