I am having some pain on the head of my penis. Coupled with this is the fact that the left side of the head of the penis is red and inflamed. It's as if there's a smallish but extremely uncomfortable moving sensation within that area. I can actually feel the head of my penis acutely nowadays. Recently, i've also been experiencing tiredness during the sat day when i'm supposed to be working. I abstain from sex too.

Hi it's due to infection , your penis glands and top of penis inflamed , you clean daily with normal water three time in day , and use anti septic powder , for medicine consalt privately.
