I am 21 and I've been having anxiety issues for some time now. I haven't consulted any therapist as of now. Sometimes its fine but most of the times it keeps me awake at night. I don't have a trigger or even a dark past. I'm very contented with my life, great family, everything I could possibly want and a great partner but still, I end up being anxious most of the time. I feel numb and helpless.
