Hi doctor, I'm 29 yrs old. I'm having severe pain in both the legs (sole). I can't walk for even 10 min at a stretch. It starts paining very badly. I first thought it might be because of heels (though I wear small heels) hence switched on to flat slippers but still pain exists. While sleeping and sitting I wil not have any pain but as soon as I step my legs on floor it starts paining and I wil hav to walk wit some support. Can u pls let me knw why this happens and how to get it treated?

It could be due to bony outgrowth (spurs) in the heel or plantarfascitis.Get xray done for the heel. You can consult a physiotherapist after that.Treatment will be given accordingly.
