Hey, am a 19 year old guy and am 5'8" tall. I read about pituitary glad meditation which has many positive reviews. I wanted to know if it's safe and can be performed? Does it have any good results and it you do suggest me to practice it, then how and when and how many times a week am I supposed to do it. Please do reply and help me out with this thank you.

Pituitary gland meditation is a practice which helps to increase the height hormones but this practice needs height concentration and deep focus while practice. This practice targets pituitary gland, which is the reason behind the growth of our height.This meditation can be performed twice a week.
