Sir /madam, When I am 10 years old. I got testicle injury after a day my right testicle was swollen. And from that day my testis and my penis are not growing. Now I am 18 years old my testicles are unequal and my genitals look like 10 year old boy. But now I am 18 years old and I am not getting beard and moustache .and my weight is 79. Can anyone help me to get well.

Have your usg scrotum test, total serum testosterone level test done to rule out any pathology. Take care.
