Hi, I'm recently married we. Both are sexually involved and having sex at least 5 days in a week since from two days my nipples are paying a lot but there are no itching or redness just it's paining please suggest me any medicine.

Body friction or sexual activity that involves the nipples can cause soreness. This pain is usually temporary and is often treated by simply giving the nipples time to heal.
