HI, I got a pimples or sore type thing on my penis. Getting increase day by day. I know it's an std. I took erythromycin 500 mg each for 5 days. It not getting cure. Please consult me a medication and cream to apply over it. There are 5 to 6 sore or pimple on it and .it become wound. Please consult.
