I am suffering from balanitis since many years. However applying surfaz sn tube recommended by doctor it stops from few months than again appears. Foreskin gets tight, red and itchy even penis head gland also has redness and red spots. I haven't tried any other medication yet. Since january vitiligo also started with white spots on palms and after few months of allopathy treatment I have now started homeopathy and seems better. But this balanitis problem still bothers me at frequent intervals. I also know applying steroid cream is not good for long time. require long term or permanent solution to this.
