Hello Doctor. From last 2 years I am having low abdominal pain. I get that pain only when I am in romantic emotions, when the erection is for too long. The pain comes in the testis as well. Pain will be very much doctor. Can't even touch testis during that time. I have done few test as doctor nearby recommended me. USG Scrotum and TRUSS test. The report says "Tiny bilateral epididymal head cysts and Prominent bilateral vas deferens in spermatic cord regions -? Due to chronic infection/inflammation. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN DOCTOR. IS IT SERIOUS? PHYSICIAN IN LABORATORY SAID PROSTATE IS FINE. BUT WHAT DOES THIS REPORT SAY. I AM VERY WORRIED.
