I am 26 yrs. Last 3-4 years I had PCO occasionally but 6 months I was not taking any medicine. Yesterday in my usg it is showing again PCOM buy left ovary volume is 6.1 cc where right ovary volume is 23 cc. Is it dangerous? Any surgery is needed for it? Along with this I have one small fibroid 16 mm * 10 mm* 17 mm in posterior wall uterine fibroid but I am not getting any pain/ heavy bleeding. I have no plan of pregnancy in next 5 yrs. Please let me know is it curable by medicine?
