Hi Sir, I had my semen test and found that All Important factor are Good except the pH value which is 7 and Agglutination is Positive. Is it something serious. Please suggest line of treatment.

Hello- PH is almost normal as its neutral for now and wll come basic after some changes but a positive Agglutination is somewhat to worry if looking to become father. Sperm agglutination means clumping" of sperms, which occurs mostly in infection, inflammation or due to antisperm antibodies. It inhibits the sperm ability to fertilize the egg. Its best for you to start medications right now.
