I have a bike accident on 21 jun. I got injury in my right leg. Burn by silencer pipe. FirstI had gone to doctor. He made dressing with Mupon ointment. But next day when I went for dressing. He clear all the wound by hydrogen solution. As daily they did this. So the layer is nt coming to the wound. Bcz they daily clear the wound nd make dressing. So I think. I will take it open .nd use the cream. Silverex ointment. But it creates a white ointment layer. So I am asking tht should I clear this layer after tht use ointment. Or apply over it.?
