I have enlarged preauricular lymph nodes on both sides. They are almost 1 cm in size, firm,mobile and painless. They developed during a fever episode in October 2016. They sometimes seem to reduce in size and sometimes become swollen. They sometimes pain when I catch a cold. They have never disappeared although it's been more than a year. What might be the cause? Is it malignant?
