What causes whiteheads? I have whiteheads problem. From childhood I hate milk but in teens I heard it has many health benefits so I started drinking milk for some days. When I used to drink milk I noticed that the very next day a Whitehead on my skin. So I left milk after that I never had Whiteheads much. I used to get but very rarely like 2-3 months once that's it. Now I'm 22 from last 15 days again I'm getting whiteheads I don't know what's the reason? So please help me with that.

Whiteheads are the sebum which secrets through sebum gland,,it's occur in oily skin mostly,,now u should apply atta as a scrubber,,use cold milk as a cleanser,,use almond paste with rose water,,apply lemon and honey,,apply tea tree oil and massage well,,this will improve the situation
