Doctor my leg is affected with varicose vein. And my leg is also wounded and riped .And a smell is been coming from it. What should we do.

Probably you have varicose veins with infected and discharging venous ulcer, you need to be examined and an ultrasound Doppler study or duplax scan to be done to know where is the defect and that has to be treated either by sclerotherapy or by laser or by open surgery, ulcer will heal then, by the time use compression bandage in 3 layers ang leg elevation as long as you can. Consult vascular surgeon. You can take a course of antibiotic.
