When taken by mouth in high doses, creatine is POSSIBLY UNSAFE. There is some concern that it could harm the kidney, liver, or heart function. However, a connection between high doses and these negative effects has not been proven. Creatine can also cause stomach pain, nausea, diarrhea, and muscle cramping.

If you exercise then only you need supplements. You can take whey protein (by whatever name it comes. But it should contain 80% whey protein in it. E.g. For 30 gms it should have atleast 24 grams (80%) of protein.) use it only on the day you gym (within 10 mins of exercise). Dose is 30gms.

Is black salt good for diabetics and creatine. My diabetics is pp 204 creatine level is 1.50.
Yes you can use black salt alternatively but don't completely avoid common idolised salt. You can use black salt as seasoning in salads and chaas etc. Using a variety of salt is good. You also need to maintain a disciplined lifestyle to keep your sugar level under control which will check your creatinine levels also. You can opt for our diabetes management package for effective management of diabetes.

Hi, My father urea is 218 and creatine is 7.5. Which medicine urea and creatine be controlled.

Hi, My father urea is 218 and creatine is 7.5. Which medicine urea and creatine be controlled.
If this is a recent increase, the cause needs to be treated. Infection, drugs, dehydration are correctable causes among many. If your father is suffering from CKD (that is long term kidney disease), then he has very low kidney function and usually not correctable. He needs a nephrologist consultation on whether he needs dialysis if there are symptoms.
